The proposed MP*5{1,2} point system is a tiered point-based system for assigning value to various tasks around the Labs. One point is roughly equivalent to one hour of work (the University suggests approximately 50 hours of work a semester per credit hour).

Examples of Work-to-Points Conversion
All points are, of course, at Jeanna's discretion.
Manual Labor around the Labs
This would include cleaning, wiring, etc. Because of the roughly 1:1 hour:point ratio, this is calculated at the rate of one point per productive hour.
Documentation
Similar to the above, this is also calculated at the rate of one point per productive hour.
Taking Minutes at a Meeting
0-1 points. (0 for poor minutes, 1 for good minutes)
Presentation
2-5 points. (based on quality of presentation and difficulty level of content)
